Since more than 20 years I work in the renewable energy sector. As an energy advisor, I spent a lot of time in searching energy leakages in old houses or I gave a hand in planning new houses. Over the years I realized that we can’t solve our environmental problems by treating our energy issues separately. Yes, we can build passive houses and yes, we are able to insulate old buildings so that they reach a higher energy standard. But we have to build them with eco-friendly and, even more important, with healthy materials. That’s our purpose
